Doing a large addition to my 1966 cape cod as a new build - basement and all. It's a big project and Trey has a been with us almost from the beginning. He did the rough under the slab (its own nightmare getting slope to a septic tank not quite deep enough), and the rough for the living areas too. Now we're navigating space-sharing with HVAC - but I know Trey will come thru for me! He always has a solution. And tells me straight up when I won't get my preference (and why) or shouldn't install something that looked neat in the catalogue. He does good work, quickly. I trust his judgement and professionalism.

I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Xplore was recommended to me by a sewer specialty company to fix a broken sewage pipe under my house. The owner of that company was familiar with Trey's work and thus recommended him. It was a very urgent situation. Trey came out quickly, recommended a remediation company for the sewage remediation (and even called their general manager, who came out and did the estimate himself!), and then completed the pipe repair work very quickly so we could get like back to normal quickly. While his business was only recently established, he is very experienced and the work was great. I will definitely use Xplore again!

Trey Olsen is a fantastic plumber and a really great person. He came to work on our sump pump after a bigger crisis with our sewer and his calmness and pleasantness was so welcomed and the sump pump was never done right in the first place and he was so diligent and creative about solving the issues and now we have a fantastic outcome that transformed our basement!
